Through rigorous testing and the implementation of advanced imported equipment, our engineering team has optimized the roll-forming and stamping processes of our cold-rolled stretched steel plates. This structural enhancement allows for better fluid dynamics within the header pipes.

The Role of CO2 Shielded Welding

One of the key factors contributing to this efficiency boost is our proprietary external welding process utilizing CO2 shielding. Traditional internal welding often leaves slag and iron filings that can impede flow and degrade the equipment over time. Our external method ensures a completely clean interior, which is further processed with hot oil flushing before shipment.
