Using high-quality domestic cold-rolled steel as the main raw material, the unit plates are roll-formed, stamped, spot-welded, and seam-welded. The connection between unit plates and header pipes employs external CO2 shielded welding, effectively avoiding the quality issues caused by welding slag or iron filings typical of traditional internal welding.

All products undergo strict airtight pressure testing, and the surfaces are treated with pickling, phosphating, and painting. The radiator interiors are processed with hot oil flushing, ensuring superior product quality.
